With over 15 years of market research experience, Holly brings a broad range of knowledge to your project. She started her research journey in 2004 and began working with a small pharmaceutical research company in Reston, VA. She worked as the research and recruitment manager until 2007. Holly moved to Texas in 2007 to learn how the in-person facilities operated. She started as a project manager and then moved into facility management, where she was the first contact with clients and ensured a successful study execution. After spending a few years on the facility side, Holly met a small marketing firm and decided to move to North Carolina to run their recruiting department. She ran recruiting and began project management, where she worked on project flow, met budget needs and ensured project execution promptly. In 2020, Holly founded Joshua Tree Research and is contracting with various organizations on recruiting, project management, text analysis, manual open-end coding and analytics support for the researcher. Holly continues to grow and learn as the industry is changing. When Holly is not working, she is in the gym watching her daughter compete in USAG gymnastics. Holly also loves her two dogs, Paco and Hershey; they play a huge role in support while working through day-to-day projects.
